Caspian is a women-owned Persian restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. Founded by chef-owner Victoria, who hails from the shores of the Caspian Sea. Our mission is simple: bring the authentic tastes of Iran to Ohio. We take pride in using real, fresh ingredients, and preparing all dishes daily. Our menu features a delightful array, including vegetarian and vegan options, alongside chicken, beef, and lamb dishes, showcasing the diversity of Persian cuisine. Victoria's journey from Iran to Ohio led to the realization of her dream, Caspian. Every bite reflects her passion for Persian cooking.

Victoria is a talented chef born in Iran, where she developed a deep appreciation for the rich flavors and spices of Persian cuisine. Growing up, she spent countless hours in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother, learning the traditional techniques and recipes passed down through generations.

After moving to the United States as a young adult,Victoria continued to hone her culinary skills, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques while staying true to her Persian roots. She worked in some of the top restaurants in the country, always striving to create delicious and authentic dishes.

Today, Victoria is known for her innovative twists on classic Persian dishes, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create healthy and flavorful meals. She is passionate about sharing the beauty and complexity of Persian cuisine with others and loves nothing more than seeing people enjoy her food.
